About our remote support software
We can connect to your computer remotely, to fix problems faster.
Japha Remote Support lets us connect to your computer over the internet and resolve problems remotely.
After you run the program, you'll need to tell the Japha support technician the 9-digit ID number.
Our remote support program is a customised version of TeamViewer 10. It's fast, reliable and secure, and it has a built-in password for ease of use.
Also, note that we can only stay connected to your computer while the remote support program is actually running - so please don't close it until we've finished resolving the issue!
Windows
Japha Remote Support for Windows XP/7/8/10 systems
On Windows systems you have the option of:
- simply running the program (without installing)
- installing the software on your PC
- using the "remote host" version instead (which runs automatically at startup)

The Mac version of the Japha Remote Support program is provided in a Zip file, which installs automatically when downloaded on a Mac.
